This Refund Policy applies to all software extensions, plugins, and digital tools purchased through the LeadMetrix website (leadmetrix.com). By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms set out below.

As our products are digital goods delivered electronically, we ask that you read this policy carefully before purchasing.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date.

To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee:

  • Your refund request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the purchase date.
  • You must provide your order details, including the email address used at checkout and the product name.
  • Refund requests submitted after 30 days will not be eligible under this guarantee.

How to Request a Refund

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all LeadMetrix purchases. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.

Subscription Renewals

Our products are sold as annual subscriptions that renew automatically. The following applies to renewal charges:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
  • If you are charged for a renewal and contact us within 7 days of the renewal date, we will issue a full refund for that renewal charge upon request.
  • Refund requests for renewal charges submitted more than 7 days after the renewal date will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Situations Not Covered

The following situations are not eligible for a refund:

  • Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after the original purchase date (outside the renewal exception above).
  • Incompatibility with self-managed or heavily customised installations where the minimum system requirements were met.
  • Issues arising from third-party software, plugins, or hosting environments not under LeadMetrix's control.
  • Requests based on a change of mind after the 30-day period has elapsed.
  • Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Use.

Compatibility & System Requirements

Each product page on leadmetrix.com clearly states the compatible software versions and system requirements. We strongly recommend verifying compatibility before purchasing. We are unable to offer refunds where minimum requirements were met but the plugin did not integrate as expected with a custom or non-standard environment.
